What does this site collect?

There is exactly one form on this site: the appointment form, offered on the homepage and the contact page. It asks only for your name, phone number and a brief reason for your visit. We also ask you not to include medical details — your health is discussed at the visit, in person.

Apart from the Google Analytics cookies described below — which run only with your consent — this site sets no cookies and does no visitor tracking.

Why is your data processed, and on what legal basis?

Form details are processed solely to respond to your appointment request, on the basis of the explicit consent you give when submitting the form. They are used for nothing else, shared with no third party, and never used for marketing.

Where does your data go, and for how long?

Form submissions are received by Netlify, the platform that hosts this site, and forwarded to the practice's email inbox. The only stored copy sits in the site's Netlify dashboard, where it can be deleted. Because Netlify's servers are located abroad, submitting the form also constitutes your explicit consent to the transfer of your data abroad under KVKK Article 9.

Form records are deleted within a reasonable time after your request has been answered.

Your rights under KVKK

Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, object to processing, and claim compensation for damage. Use the contact details above for any request.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr).

The map

When you open the homepage or the contact page, an embedded map loads automatically from Google Maps. Google then receives your browser's connection data, including your IP address, and may set its own cookies; because Google's servers are located abroad, this data is transferred abroad. The address is also on the page as plain text, independent of the map.

Cookies and visit statistics (Google Analytics)

This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how often the WhatsApp button is used. Google Analytics runs only if you choose “Accept” in the cookie notice; if you decline, no Analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google. This processing relies on your explicit consent under KVKK, and you can withdraw it at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

If you accept, the cookies set are _ga and _ga_* — they distinguish visitors anonymously and are kept for about 2 years. The recipient of the measurement data is Google LLC; because Google's servers are located abroad, accepting also constitutes your explicit consent to the transfer of this data abroad under KVKK Article 9. The data is never matched to your identity and is not used for marketing or advertising.

Your accept/decline choice is stored in your browser's local storage — not a tracking cookie; it only remembers your answer.
