Your First Visit
For many patients the first visit is an anxious day. This page exists to make it as calm as possible.
Booking
You can message us on WhatsApp, call, or use the form on the contact page. We will find a day that suits you — consultations are available in English.
What should you bring?
- Your ID or passport
- Your insurance card and policy details, if any
- Any previous results: blood tests, ultrasound, MRI or CT reports, pathology results
- A list of the medicines you take
The visit, step by step
Arrival
When you arrive at our practice in Selenium Plaza we welcome you and complete a short registration. Nobody hurries you.
The consultation
Prof. Dr. Meriç Hafız listens to your story herself, examines you, and reviews your previous results with you. Further tests are planned only if needed.
The plan
The visit ends with a clear conversation: the diagnosis, your options, and the next step. The consultation is not over until your questions are.

It depends on your complaint; enough time is set aside so your first visit is never rushed. The consultation does not end until your questions do.
Yes — earlier results speed up the diagnosis and prevent unnecessary repetition. Bring reports and images (on CD or as phone photos).
No. The first visit is for diagnosis and planning; if surgery is needed, the process, risks and options are discussed in detail first, and the decision is made together.
